Our Photography Journey

We're Diana & Danielle, a Mother-Daughter Photography Team, and Creating Timeless Portraits of Your Family is Our Passion.

Our Partnership

Started Early...

Hi, I'm Diana,

New York, 1988

I’m the mom portion of our team. I have been interested in photography for years. All the way back to when I got my first Canon T-70; now that’s aging me. It was my dream way back then to be a photographer. I purchased countless books on the subject and dreamed, a lot. I’m the mother of three children, and I am absolutely in love with five beautifully unique and precious children who call me grandma.  All of which have been the subject of my passion. My family means everything to me and I have learned to never take them for granted. I love to travel and of course take pictures every step of the way. If there’s a waterfall, a lighthouse, an old church, or covered bridge within a hundred miles of my route, I’m there.

And I'm Danielle,

When I was 9 years old, my parents took us to Yellowstone National Park. Before we left, they gave me my very own Canon Sureshot. It was my first love. We each had a list of the things we wanted to try to see on our trip. Topping my list was a buffalo. We drove and we drove, and then we drove some more. We spent days in the car and just couldn’t find where these giants were hiding. Finally, we spotted one lonely buffalo. I was so enthralled with it that I shot an entire roll of film. Of one buffalo. My parents eventually coaxed us back in the car. It was time to move on. We got about a mile down the road when an entire herd of hundreds of buffalo decided to pass in front of us, stopping in the middle of the road. I had no more film on me. I learned my first lesson as a photographer at a very early age—always overestimate the amount of film that you think you’ll need.

Over the years, my love of photography has continued to grow. Now I have a little one of my own. I’m not ashamed to say that he will also be one of the most photographed children in the world because, well, I just can’t help it.

A Dream Was Born...

It was only a matter of time before we realized that this was just meant to be. In January of 2008 we started Timeless Memories Photography. We spent our first few years mastering our craft and figuring out who we were as photographers, both individually and as a team. In May of 2013 Mosher Photographic Art was born, specializing in maternity, newborn, children & family portraits.

Specializing in these areas has allowed us to focus our education and training in ways that will matter most to you. We have learned from some of the masters in our industry about lighting and posing to flatter every body type at every stage of life, ensuring that you look your absolute best in your portraits. Equally important, we can help you select your wardrobe so that it not only complements your body, but so your images will look beautiful on display in your home.

As members of Professional Photographers of America, we are passionate about staying current with our continuing education. We never stop learning. We never stop growing. All to make sure that we provide our clients with the absolute best service that we can.

We have extensive training on safely handling and monitoring our tiniest clients during our newborn sessions. Our certification by the American Association of Newborn Photography Safety is only the tip of the iceberg of our background with newborns. We are current on safe posing practices, and we have been trained to monitor Baby's airways, circulation, and temperature throughout their session. We've also been trained to safely work around birth injuries, allowing us to capture these fleeting moments for you while maintaining your child's safety and comfort at all times. We preach about it often--safety is ALWAYS our number one priority.

We not only have experience with, but absolutely L-O-V-E working with children with special needs. It breaks our hearts a little when parents feel the need to make sure we're going to be comfortable with them brining their child with special needs in to see us. Some have had upsetting experiences with photographers in the past. Others just assume that it's going to be too difficult. Give us a chance. We want to take the time to learn about you and your family. All children are beautifully unique, and parents of children with special needs should have the same opportunities to showcase their personalities and preserve their family histories as parents of neurotypical children.

So where do you go from here? Check out our portfolios. Contact us for more information. We will be happy to answer any questions. We look forward to getting to know you and your family!
